THIS IS WHERE IT ALL ENDS.
suddenly remembered the sentence from shadow of the beast.
our last parade ended.
four years of np life.
three years training hard together.
two years of nco-ship.
one year when everything comes to a stop.
my mood was at the bottom ytd.
not until it was np.
the cadets cheered me up.
and i guess it's the first and the last time i see so many sec twos attending the parade.

and that's wad that matters.
not wadever the ___ said or the negative comments from others.
THE SEC TWOs CAN DO IT!
so shut your trap and stop all those idiotic comments abt them.

all the cis had little to say.
and pls. i will never be the next valedictorian.
my results are depressing.
and there goes my mood.
i dun have the great ability to inspire ppl.
and i'm not a good speaker.

nt even when it's the last parade.
they think we'll still meet each other in school someday.

but think again.
recall the times that our whole squad had to work hard together
just to make the annual camp a success.
and th times when everyone were nearly dozing off during the uber long debrief at midnight.
the times.
when everyone used all their strength to pull the long manila hemp.
when we learnt our first drill: sedia.
when we trained thrice as hard for the campcraft competition.
when we first became ncos and planned our first screwed-up parade.
when we took the promotion tests.
have u all long forgotten these events?
if u did, i wonder if ur heart is really in np. but please remember this.
even when some squadmates had other distractions that deterred them from coming to parades,
and when some did not want to come.
WE'LL FOREVER BE THE BEST SQUAD.
i hope that everyone has left a place for np in their hearts.
and that no one forgets all the things we did that made us even more united.

TO MY SEC TWOS:
thanks so much for making my last year of parade life wonderful.
and thanks for the card that u made for the ncos.
just be nice to your future ncos.
and train hard for campcraft comp two years later.
stay high and lively.
and treasure the times with your own squad.
help on another when there's a need.
and give your squadmates a gentle pat their shoulders to give them encouragement.
i hope that you guys will stay united forever!:D
